Accommodation
A block reservation has been made at the conference venue and in a short distance of the conference venue from March 12 – 14 , 2026. These hotels can be booked as part of the registration. If you wish to book extra days or other room categories please contact reg@meetingplanners.dk
Official housing agent
The Meeting Planners is official housing agent for the meeting. The meeting is not any way connected to any other housing agents. Please decline any contact from housing providers claiming to act on behalf of the meeting or The Meeting Planners.

Standard single room: Euro 158 pr. night incl. breakfast, Wi-Fi, VAT and all taxes.
Booking
Booking of accommodation can be made as part of the conference registration. In order to confirm a booking, full pre-payment of the entire booking is required. All prices are per room per night in SEK and include breakfast, VAT, service charges and all taxes. If you have any questions, please contact: reg@meetingplanners.dk
Cancellation
Cancellation of the registration fee, hotel and social events: For cancellations or reductions made before January 13, 2025, the full amount will be refunded less an administration fee of Euro: 50 and any transaction fees which might inccur. After this date no refunds will be made. Cancellation of an existing booking can be made by sending an e-mail to: reg@meetingplanners.dk
